We are seeking licensed therapists (LPCs) who are:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Responsibilities
- Provide online therapy sessions (minimum 12 hours per week; 24+ for full-time)
- Build and manage a consistent caseload
- Participate in group supervision and peer consultations
- Facilitate groups/workshops as needed
- Engage in continued professional development
Requirements
- Active LPC license in Texas
- Experience with trauma, mindfulness, or attachment-based treatments
- Private, confidential, and professional home office setup
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to ethical care
- Interest in long-term growth and leadership roles
- Prior private practice or telehealth experience
